Opening an account on avowed takes four steps. First, you create a username, email, and password on our registration page. Second, we send you an email with a verification link; click it to confirm your email. Third, you upload identity documents (a national ID or passport) and your address proof for KYC verification. Our team reviews these documents within one business day. Fourth, you add a payment method — DANA, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet, or direct bank transfer to mobile banking, local payment, online payment, or e-wallet — so you can deposit and withdraw. Once your KYC is approved and your payment method is active, your account is ready to use.

To request deletion of your personal data, contact our support team through the in-app help menu or email us directly. We will delete your personal information — name, email, address, phone number, and payment details — within 30 days of your request.
